WHIMZY SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Whimzy® Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there.

1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

1.1. Every Whimzy® Physical Good is produced individually after you place your Order by our production partner, Printful, Inc. and its affiliated facilities. Your total delivery time is therefore:

Production Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

1.2. Production Time. Most items enter production within 24 hours of Order acceptance and are produced within:

  • Apparel (tees, hoodies): 2–5 business days
  • Pillows, phone cases, tumblers, bags: 2–5 business days
  • Wall art / prints: 2–5 business days

Production estimates displayed at checkout govern if they differ from the above. Production times are estimates, not guarantees, and may extend during peak periods (holiday season, limited drops).

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATES

2.1. Once produced, items ship via the carrier and service level selected at checkout. Typical transit estimates after production:

  • United States (standard): 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe / UK: 5–10 business days (many items produced at EU facilities, reducing transit and customs friction)

  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

    2.2. Items in a single Order may be produced at different facilities and may ship separately in multiple packagesat no additional cost to you. Each shipment receives its own tracking number.

    2.3. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your Order.

3. ORDER TRACKING

3.1. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when each package ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after the confirmation email.

3.2. Per Section 3.1 of the Terms of Service, our shipment confirmation constitutes acceptance of your Order.

4. DELAYED SHIPMENTS (FTC MAIL ORDER RULE)

4.1. If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout (or within thirty (30) days if no time is stated), we will notify you and offer you the choice to (a) consent to a revised shipping date or (b) cancel for a prompt, full refund, in accordance with 16 C.F.R. Part 435.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

5.1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address provided at checkout. Address changes can be accommodated only before the Order enters production — contact support@whimzyvibez.comimmediately.

5.2. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error by you may be reshipped at your expense or refunded less our actual shipping and production costs, per Section 6.3 of the Return & Refund Policy.

6. RISK OF LOSS; DELIVERED PACKAGES

6.1. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier (FOB shipping point), per Section 5.3 of the Terms of Service.

6.2. Packages marked delivered by the carrier to the address you provided are presumed delivered. We are not responsible for post-delivery theft, but we may, as a courtesy, assist with carrier claims.

6.3. Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for fifteen (15) business days (domestic) or thirty (30) business days (international), contact us — we will pursue a carrier trace and, where the package is deemed lost, reship or refund at your election, per Section 6 of the Return & Refund Policy.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES, AND TAXES

7.1. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. Except as stated in Section 7.2, these charges are your sole responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

7.2. EU Customers (IOSS). For consignments to the EU not exceeding EUR 150, applicable VAT is collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme where we are registered, so no additional VAT is due on import. For consignments exceeding EUR 150, import VAT and duties may be payable by you upon import and will be disclosed before you order.

7.3. Refusal of a shipment due to unpaid duties is treated as a return without authorization under the Return & Refund Policy.

7.4. Customs processing may add time beyond the transit estimates in Section 2 and is outside our control.

7.5. We do not currently ship to jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or where our carriers do not operate. If your address is unserviceable, the Order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

8. PRODUCT SAFETY MARKING (EU)

8.1. Products shipped to the EU carry, on the product, its packaging, or an accompanying document, the identification of the manufacturer and of our EU Responsible Person, SINDEN VENTURES LIMITED, Markou Evgenikou 11, Mesa Geitonia, 4002 Limassol, Cyprus, per Regulation (EU) 2023/988. 9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

9.1. Digital Products are not shipped. They are delivered electronically — typically instantly — via a download link or access mechanism sent to the email address provided at checkout. See Section 6 of the Terms of Service and Section 4 of the Return & Refund Policy.
