Shipping
What does shipping cost? Everything is made to order, so shipping is priced by what you order rather than one flat store-wide rate. U.S. shipping runs $4.49–$9.49 per item group — tumblers and travel mugs are $9.49, weekender bags are $7.99, and phone cases, tees, pillow cases and socks land between $4.49 and $4.99. A mixed order carries a rate for each group, since each is produced separately. Your exact total is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — orders over $150 ship free. When your order reaches $150, a free shipping option appears at checkout alongside the standard rate. Digital products like One Prompt Website have no shipping at all — they arrive by email.
How long does shipping take? Our products are made to order, then shipped. Typical delivery is about 6–12 business days in the U.S. (production 2–5 days + transit). Phone cases and drinkware are often faster; bags and all-over-print items can take a little longer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Because every item is made to order, we accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 30 days — just reach out with a photo and we'll make it right. We can't accept returns for buyer's remorse on custom-made goods.
Products & Materials
What are the phone cases made of? Clear MagSafe cases are hybrid polycarbonate + flexible TPU with a raised bezel and embedded MagSafe magnets for secure snap and fast wireless charging. Tough cases add a dual-layer impact-resistant shell. They fit iPhone 14–17 (all sizes incl. Pro/Pro Max) and Samsung Galaxy S20–S25. UV-printed.
What about the tees? Our signature tee is the Bella+Canvas 3413 tri-blend — vintage-soft, lightweight, true-to-size unisex (size down for fitted). DTF-printed so the cerise design won't crack or fade.
How should I care for my items? Wash garments cold, inside out; hang or lay flat to dry. Hand-wash drinkware. Avoid abrasive cleaners on cases.
Made to Order
Why made to order? We print each piece on demand to reduce overproduction and waste — thoughtful by design. It means a short production window, and a product made just for you.
