Shipping
Every Whimzy piece is made to order, so shipping is priced by what you order rather than as one flat store-wide rate. U.S. shipping runs $4.49–$9.49 per item group, and your exact total is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Two worth knowing up front, because they sit at the top of that range:
- Tumblers and travel mugs — $9.49
- Weekender bags — $7.99
Most everything else — phone cases, tees, pillow cases, socks — lands between $4.49 and $4.99. If your order mixes categories, each group is produced separately and carries its own rate, so the rates add together.
Digital products, like One Prompt Website, have no shipping at all. They arrive by email.
Free shipping on orders over $150. When your order reaches $150, a free shipping option appears at checkout alongside the standard rate. Because mixed-category orders are produced and rated in separate groups, your exact shipping is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Time
Typical U.S. delivery is about 6–12 business days — roughly 2–5 days production plus transit. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships. Phone cases and drinkware are often faster; bags and all-over-print items can take a little longer.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are custom-made for you, we accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted within 30 days of delivery. Email support@whimzy.io with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to ship it back.
We're not able to accept returns for change-of-mind on made-to-order items, so please double-check sizing (our tees run true-to-size; size down for a fitted look) and phone model before ordering.
