Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, we’ll send you another email with tracking information.

Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Available within the United States, with delivery times ranging from 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: For those who can’t wait to experience Whimzy, we offer expedited shipping with delivery in 2-5 business days at an additional cost (This currently isn’t
International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International orders may take 10-20 business days to arrive, depending on customs and local postal services. Please note, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates vary based on destination. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Use this to keep tabs on your Whimzy delivery!

Delivery Details
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missing or Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@whimzyvibez.com for a resolution.

Restrictions
PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring a signature. Please provide a physical address for these orders.
Hazardous Materials: Certain products might have shipping restrictions due to safety regulations. We’ll inform you if this applies to your order.
